Our mission : Turn cities, spaces, organizations and events into peer-learning hubs, in which one and all may grow by sharing knowledge with each other, in person. Thanks to its unique take on the future of education, E-180 has been shortlisted in the Event Tech Awards 2015 in the following categories : Best Partnership of tech and Event and Best use of technology for Engagement & Interaction.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an empathetic, welcoming, vivacious person who will have the success and well-being of E-180 members at heart. E-180’s Community Manager must love weaving new relationships and contributing to the growth of the people around her, in person and through social media. She is an intrapreneur, has a strong interest in the collaborative economy, enjoys taking initiative and building projects from scratch. She has a great experience in managing a community and values measuring the impact of her campaigns (every tweet isn’t born equal, right?) She is rigorous and resourceful. She is interested in collaborative education and she has been keeping an eye on the development of the sharing economy. She can brag about a few social media campaigns she helped put together. She is bilingual, or even trilingual.
What your job will be
You will be the voice of E-180.com, and will be responsible of engaging and supporting its members, both on the platform and on social media, and helping the community grow, in Montreal and elsewhere. You will conceive and implement inspiring social media campaigns, and will help E-180 gain visibility among event organizers and airport representatives around the world.
What is required to get the job done
- Strong (leading towards excellent) language skills in English and French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge and/or interest for agile methodologies
- Mastery of community management tools and social media platforms most relevant to E-180’s mission
- Proven track record of successful media campaigns
- Mastery of social media analytics tools
- Autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, rigour, creativity, and a strong sense of adventure
