E-180 one of Montreal’s 10 Most Innovative Companies according to C2-MTL
Thanks to a contest organised by C2-MTL, we are in the pages of Fast Company magazine as one of Montreal’s 10 most innovative companies.
Oh, and it’s the March issue, i.e. the issue presenting Fast Company’s own 50 Most Innovative Companies of the year — in the world. Kind of a big deal.
The E-180 platform won first place in the “Education and training category”, after entering C2-MTL’s « Creative Answers to Commercial Questions » contest in December.
We also wish to congratulate the nine other winners whose projects won them a spot. We truly are in great company:
Aviation and Aerospace: Marinvent Corporation (Adaptive Flight Test-Bed)
Architecture and Urbanism: Lufa Farms (Lufa Farms)
Culture: Virtual Haydn (Virtual Haydn)
Retail: Boutique Surmesur (Boutique Surmesur)
Health & Life Sciences: Duoject Medical Systems (VaccJect)
Gastronomy & Food Industry: Ultima Foods (IÖGO)
Education & Training: E-180 (E-180) — that’s us!
Financial Services: FounderFuel (FounderFuel)
Multimedia: Moment Factory (Montréal Signe Ode à la vie)
Media & Telecommunications: Accedian Networks (NanoNID)
This year is going to be bonkers. Among other projects, including going mobile and other such details, we are working on watering new E-180 communities in cities around the world, from Boston and San Francisco to Paris and Amsterdam. Did we mention we were also planning on expanding our membership base from 2 000 to 50 000?
But for the next 5 minutes at least, we’ll be tasting, feeling, reading, smelling and re-reading our victory in this month’s issue of Fast Company.
